after having had green tea ice cream in japan, which i enjoyed quite a bit, and having bought matcha powder, it was a small step to want to try making some of my own. i found this recipe in german, online, and tried it. this is my attempt to translate it, in case anyone cares to make some of their own ;) [food preparation english is definitely not my specialty, so feel very invited to correct me] (pictures in this album)
